Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may not do with SocialHype. It protects our customers, the people they reach, and the connected platforms we integrate with. It applies to everyone who uses the service and forms part of our Terms of Service.
Prohibited activities
You agree not to use SocialHype — or allow anyone else to use it — for any of the following. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive.
Spam
Sending unsolicited bulk messages, email, or WhatsApp traffic without valid consent, or evading opt-out and rate limits.
Fraud
Deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent schemes, including impersonation, fake offers, and payment fraud.
Phishing
Attempting to acquire credentials, financial details, or personal data by masquerading as a trusted party.
Malware
Distributing viruses, ransomware, spyware, or any code intended to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access.
Harassment
Bullying, threats, hate speech, or targeted abuse against any individual or group.
Illegal content
Content that is unlawful under Indian or applicable law, infringes IP rights, or exploits minors.
Unauthorized access attempts
Probing, scanning, or testing the security of our systems or others’, or circumventing access controls.
Platform abuse
Reverse-engineering, scraping, overloading, reselling, or otherwise abusing the service or its APIs.
WhatsApp policy violations
Breaching the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy or Commerce Policy, including non-compliant templates.
Meta policy violations
Breaching Meta Platform Terms, Community Standards, or advertising policies on connected accounts.
Connected-platform responsibilities
When you connect a third-party account, you must also comply with that platform’s own rules. Violating them can get your connected accounts restricted by the platform — and may lead us to suspend the integration.
Enforcement
If we believe you have breached this policy, we may — depending on the severity — warn you, remove offending content, throttle or suspend a feature or integration, or suspend or terminate your account. Where the law requires, or where there is a risk to others, we may also report activity to the relevant authorities or platform. We aim to be proportionate and, where practical, to give you a chance to put things right.
If you believe someone is using SocialHype in breach of this policy, tell us at support@socialshype.com with as much detail as you can. We investigate reports of abuse and act on them.
