Social Hype Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“SocialHype”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and provides users with the ability to request deletion of their personal data collected through our website and web application.
This page explains how you can request deletion of your data associated with SocialHype.
Upon request, we will delete the following data associated with your SocialHype account:
Personal information (name, email address, phone number)
Account profile data
Connected social media account information (page IDs, profile IDs)
Stored access tokens for connected platforms
Usage data linked to your account
Note: We do not store your social media platform passwords.
You can request deletion of your data using any one of the following methods:
Send an email from your registered email address to:
Email Subject:Data Deletion Request – SocialHype
Include the following details in the email:
Full name
Registered email address
Social media platform used (Facebook / Instagram / LinkedIn / X)
Reason for deletion (optional)
If you have access to your SocialHype account:
Log in to your SocialHype dashboard
Go to Account Settings → Delete Account
Confirm your deletion request
Your account and associated data will be scheduled for deletion automatically.
Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity.
Your data will be deleted from our active systems within 7–14 business days.
Certain data may be retained temporarily if required for:
Legal obligations
Billing or audit purposes
Retained data will be securely stored and not used for any other purpose.
You can also remove SocialHype’s access directly from the social media platform:
Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
Find SocialHype
Click Remove
Go to respective account security settings
Remove SocialHype from connected apps
Revoking access stops further data collection immediately.
Once your data deletion request is completed:
You will receive a confirmation email from support@socialshype.com
Your account will no longer be accessible
Any scheduled posts will be cancelled
