Any penalties or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms
SocialHype is not liable for account bans or content removals by social platforms.
All software, branding, content, and trademarks belong to Social Hype Technology Pvt. Ltd.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without written permission.
We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may occasionally cause downtime.
We reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms
Terminate services without prior notice for serious violations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
SocialHype shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last billing cycle

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.
